The KST650S automatic CNC spinning lathe is a fully servo-controlled forming equipment customized for aluminum, 304/316 stainless steel and copper axisymmetric workpieces. It integrates necking, flanging, deep drawing and seamless one-piece forming in one workflow.

This is a Metal Spinning Lathe. It cold-forms rotating metal discs (blanks) over a mandrel (tool) using pressure from rollers to create axisymmetric hollow parts ideal for lighting, cookware, trophies, vessels, end caps, horns, and more. Perfect for small-batch custom and artistic production.
2.Is it CNC controlled?
We offer two main types:Full CNC Spinning Machine: Standard with Siemens or FANUC system for programmable roller paths. Best for complex shapes and batch production.
3.What are the core components? How is quality ensured?
Spindle Bearings: High-precision SKF/FAG bearings.
Hydraulic/Electrical: Rexroth/Siemens or equivalent brands.
Frame: One-piece cast or welded steel structure, stress-relieved for long-term stability and vibration resistance.
4.What materials can be processed? How is the surface finish?
Materials: Aluminum, copper, mild steel, stainless steel (annealed), brass, and other ductile metals.
Surface: Spinning can produce excellent mirror or textured finishes, often eliminating the need for polishing. Material work-hardens during the process.
